My name is Avadhi (pronounced as Avdhi - the second 'a' is silent). It is a pleasure to meet you! 

I’m a spiritual business coach and author who helps entrepreneurs and business leaders reconnect with their own magnificence.


​As a spiritual business coach, I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs realize their “why” - their purpose for being in business. I help new entrepreneurs who are longing for more income, purpose, and meaning in their lives have confidence, clarity, and freedom with a real income-generating business that they love!

In my one-on-one work as well as through my articles and books, I guide clients to grow their businesses holistically.
I help them shift their mindset using the 8 Integrities of Business so they can create financial abundance and inner fulfillment, while making a positive impact in the world. My clients have included leaders of multimillion dollar international businesses who have successfully made transformational changes in their businesses and lives.

I firmly believe that global transformation begins with personal transformation. I also believe that every entrepreneur has an inner genius, and I help my clients connect with that genius within themselves.
Most importantly, I empower entrepreneurs to live in a way that honors their true self!

​​I grew up as part of a three-generational international business family, and have gained extensive experience in small-medium size business management and leadership.

My professional work experience over the past 10 years has been through Leadership Training Programs at corporations such as GE and Caterpillar, in the fields of manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, etc.
​I have completed the Leadership and Technical Development Program at Caterpillar - in the roles of manufacturing engineer, supply chain & quality engineer, and section manager for a team of 22!

In 2014, I decided to resign from my high-paying traditional corporate job, and thus, intentionally completed the chapter of being an employee in my life. Making the decision to be an entrepreneur- the founder and owner of businesses, was a challenging one, yet it was very freeing for me.
Going from being an employee (one seeking stable employment) to being an employer (one who creates high quality, sustainable job opportunities for the community with the intention of boosting the world economy) has been a monumental part of my life journey.​

I grew up with multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and deeply spiritual values in India, and moved to the United States when I was in high school.
​I obtained a BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and now I have connected to my truest purpose by working with entrepreneurs like you!

Personally, I am passionate about entrepreneurship, personal development, and am a lifelong learner. I enjoy reading, writing, and exploring nature while soaking up the San Diego sun with my husband, Chirag.
