The Fear of Being "SEEN"

The fear of being "SEEN" runs rampant in our society today, but if we really think about it, just like most other fears- it is totally absurd.

It's like saying "I'm afraid of having an arm."

There is nothing inherently scary about having an arm. Same with being seen!

It's natural, it's normal. We have a body so we have an arm; we exist so we are seen!

It's obvious, and yet, we spend enormous amounts of energy trying to deny this reality.

We MUST know that no matter how hard we try the invisibility act, we never actually succeed. We must realize that it never actually works.

All the drama of being invisible, being behind a curtain/a veil, is all an illusive untruth.

​The TRUTH is that we exist only to be seen and heard, truly, and fully.
The truth is that people see you, wholly and truly.
Whether you see yourself or not, whether you are willing to step up or not, people see through your veil, they can see it in your eyes, in your language, in your being-ness, every single day.

The magic, then, is not in somehow stepping out to be seen. It's really in getting that the invisibility act of yours isn't working! It can't work, so stop wasting your time and energy on that!

SEE yourself first. LOOK at yourself, connect with your true self!
Look in the mirror and gaze into your eyes, you'll always find a glimpse of your own magnificence there.

Once you connect with your deeper self, gently and firmly, commit to being who you are out in the world. Know that you're not hiding from anyone, rather only deluding yourself by acting like you don't matter. Stop it and step into your own light.
Take back your personal power and BE the light that you were born to be in the world.

Take baby steps, but never again pretend to be someone you are not.

You are meant to be SEEN, so show up like you're the brightest star in the universe!
